After considering a variety of options and working with
partners and creative sector stakeholders, staff recommends a partnership operating model
wherein the city provides operational oversight to the project, enters into partnerships with third
party organizations who will facilitate day-to-day operations and provide sectoral expertise.
This approach supports affordable space for the creative industries, leverages the sectoral
expertise of organizational partners, and is an effective way to manage building occupancy.
*** This information is available in accessible formats upon request. ***
Please call 519-741-2345 or TTY 1-866-969-9994 for assistance.
1 - 1
