After considering a variety of options and working with <br />partners and creative sector stakeholders, staff recommends a partnership operating model <br />wherein the city provides operational oversight to the project, enters into partnerships with third <br />party organizations who will facilitate day-to-day operations and provide sectoral expertise. <br />This approach supports affordable space for the creative industries, leverages the sectoral <br />expertise of organizational partners, and is an effective way to manage building occupancy. <br />*** This information is available in accessible formats upon request. *** <br />Please call 519-741-2345 or TTY 1-866-969-9994 for assistance. <br />1 - 1 <br />
