The AMPS program is scheduled to commence on June 3, 2019. <br />REPORT: <br />In accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 and O. Reg. 333/07, the Parking Administrative <br />Penalty By-law establishes the AMPS process, which will replace the current Provincial <br />Offences Act for the City’s parking by-laws as designated in the By-law. <br />In addition, O.
