<br />1.CSD-19-011-NOISE EXEMPTION -DOWNTOWN SPECIAL EVENTS
<br />The Committee considered CommunityServices DepartmentreportCSD-19-011dated April 9,
<br />2019 recommending approval of various noise exemptionsfor the Downtown Special Events.
<br />It was noted any recommendation arising from this matter would be considered at a special
<br />Council meeting later this date.
<br />On motion by CouncillorB. Ioannidis-
<br />it was resolved:
<br />“That an exemption to Chapter 450 (Noise) of the City of Kitchener Municipal Code be
<br />granted for the Downtown Special Events, as outlinedin‘Schedule A’ to Community
<br />Services Department report CSD-19-011.”
<br />2.CSD-19-012-NOISE EXEMPTION -GREEK FOOD FESTIVAL
<br />-527 BRIDGEPORT ROAD -JUNE 8-9, 2019
<br />The Committee considered CommunityServices Department report CSD-19-012dated April 9,
<br />2019recommending approval of a noise exemption for the Annual Greek Food Festival being
<br />held at 527 Bridgeport Road on June 8, 2019 from 12 noonto 11:00 p.m. and June 9, 2019from
<br />12noon to 10:00 p.m.
<br />On motion by Councillor B. Ioannidis-
<br />it was resolved:
<br />“That an exemption to Chapter 450 (Noise) of the City of Kitchener Municipal Code be
<br />granted to the Greek Orthodox Community of Saints Peter and Paul Kitchener-Waterloo &
<br />th
<br />District for their Annual Greek Food Festival at 527 Bridgeport Road, to be held on June 8,
<br />th
<br />2019 from 12:00p.m. to11:00p.m. and June 9, 2019 from 12:00p.m. to 10:00p.m., as
<br />outlined in Community Services Department report CSD-19-012.”

<br />2019 recommendingapproval of a noise exemption to Polocorp Inc. for concrete pours at 399
<br />Queen Street South and 168-180 Benton Streeton various datesfrom May to September 2019
<br />between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and7:00 a.m.
