Re: Special Council Meeting –Monday, May 27, 2019
Notice is hereby given that Mayor B. Vrbanovic has called a special meeting of City Council to be
held on Monday, May 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.to consider the following:
1.Bus Tour
The purpose of this itemis to conduct an awareness building informational tour of some
of the City’s aging recreationalfacilities.The bus will leave from City Hall (200 King Street
West)at approximately 11:00am. There will be 20spots available on the bus on a first
come, first serve basis.Times listed below are estimated, astraffic will affect travel.
1.Centreville-Chicopee Community 11:20a.m.141 Morgan Ave
Centre
2.Grand River Arena 11:50a.m.555Heritage Dr.
3.Breithaupt Pool12:30 p.m.350 Margaret Ave

3.In-camera Meeting Authorization
Council is asked to enact the following resolution to authorize an in-camera meeting:
"That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held immediately following this special
meeting to consideralitigation/potential litigation matter, which is also subject to solicitor-
client privilege, and apersonal matter.”
