The reportprovides information <br />on new initiatives undertaken for the2018election as well as possible improvements for 2022and is <br />grouped by the key themesof: <br />1.Accessibility; <br />2.Voters’ List; <br />3.Voter Notification Cards; <br />4.Voting Locations; <br />5.Voting Equipment, Ballots and Process; <br />6.Election Workers and Training; and, <br />7.Services for Candidates. <br />REPORT: <br />The Election Steering Committee (the Steering Committee) was comprised of a cross-functional team of <br />City staff who wereresponsible for planning and executing the 2018municipal electionwith the <br />involvement of multiple divisions acrossthe Corporation.The Steering Committeespent 18 months <br />preparing for the election.
