Applicants must attend this meeting in person or by agent or solicitor. You <br />have received this notice pertaining to the application number referenced on the front of your <br />envelope as a courtesy. Anyone having an interest in any of these applications may attend this <br />meeting. Please note this meeting is open to the public and may be recorded. <br />Copies of written submissions and public agencies' comments are available on Friday afternoon prior to <br />the meeting on the City of Kitchener website www.kitchener.ca. Comments will be available using the <br />calendar of events, see the meeting date for more details. <br />APPLICATIONS FOR MINOR VARIANCE AND / OR CONSENT PURSUANT TO THE PLANNING ACT <br />A 2019-131- 54 West Avenue <br />Permission to convert a single detached dwelling into a triplex having a front yard setback of 1.51m rather <br />than the required 4.5m; a southerly side yard setback of 0.52m rather than the required 1.2m; a lot width of <br />12.3m rather than the required 15.0m; and, for the maximum size of an addition to allow a 98% expansion <br />rather than the maximum permitted 25% expansion. <br />A 2019-132 - 900 Chapel Hill Court <br />Permission to construct a single detached dwelling having a rear yard setback of 6.25m rather than the <br />required 7.5m. <br />A 2019-133 - 908 Chapel Hill Court <br />Permission construct a single detached dwelling having a rear yard setback of 6.1 m rather than the required <br />7.5m. <br />A 2019-134 - 338 Woodbine Avenue <br />Permission to construct a single detached dwelling having a driveway located 8.2m from the intersection of <br />Woodbine Avenue and Sorrento Street rather than the required setback of 9m. <br />B 2019-073 - 56 Roos Street <br />Permission to sever a parcel of land having a width of 13.7m, a depth of 58.9m and an area of 823 sq.m. <br />The retained land will have a width of 13.7m, a depth of 55.8m and an area of 804 sq.m.
