This Policy specifiesthat an updated listing of agreements and contracts be provided as information once every term of Council with the understanding that staff would ensure a regular review of all contracts and agreements. REPORT: The attached spreadsheet is an inventory of agreements and contracts currently in effect. Policy ADM-AGR-180referencesthe types of contracts thatare not included in this list. The information is presented in a standardized format segregated by Department with coding for each division in brackets “( )” after the “Type of Agreement”. ALIGNMENT WITH CITY OF KITCHENER STRATEGIC PLAN: The recommendation of this report supports the achievement of the city’s strategic vision through the delivery of core service.
