The Audit Committee held an electronic meeting this date commencing at 9:37 a.m.

CAO -20-007 - 2021 INTERNAL AUDIT WORK PLAN
The Committee considered Chief Administrative Officer's report CAO -19-014, dated December
8, 2020, regarding the Internal Audit Work Plan for 2021. Ms. C. Tasker presented the Report
and responded to questions from the Committee. In response to questions, C. Tasker advised
no additional audits were proposed for the Office of the Mayor and Council. She stated any
additional reviews would need to be directed to the Chief of Staff and additional services could
be requested of the Auditor at that time.
On motion by Councillor K. Galloway-Sealock -
it was resolved:
"That the 2021 Internal Audit work plan as outlined in Chief Administrator's Office report
CAO -20-007, be approved."
CAO -20-006 — FOURTH QUARTER AUDIT STATUS REPORT
The Committee considered Chief Administrative Office report CAO -20-006 entitled "4th
Quarter Audit Status Report", dated December 8, 2020, providing a summary of the internal
audit activities completed from October to December 2020. C. Tasker presented the Report
and responded to questions from the Committee. D. Chapman also responded to questions
from the Committee.
Councillor B. loannidis entered the meeting at this time.
