Due to COVID-19 restrictions City Hall is notopen except for very limited services by appointment
only. Members of public are invited to participate in this meeting electronically by accessing the
meeting live-stream video at kitchener.ca/watchnow.
While in-person delegation requests are not feasible at this time, members of the public are invited to
submit written comments or participate electronically in the meeting by contacting
delegation@kitchener.ca. Delegates must register by 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the
meetingin order to participate electronically. Written comments will be circulated prior to the meeting
and will form part of the public record.
Public hearings of the Licensing Tribunal may be video recorded for the purpose of capturing the minutes of
the meeting; therefore, your face, comments, name and your voice may be captured in the video recording.
This video will not be made available to the public.
The Licensing Tribunal is a quasi-judicial public hearing, meaning the public may attend but is not permitted to
speak tomatters listed on the agenda.
