This report supports the delivery of core services. BACKGROUND: In accordance with the Purchasing By-law 2017-106 (Chapter 170 Municipal Code), section City's Director of Supply Services shall prepare a quarterly information only report to Council on Solicitations awarded where the Procurement Value is between $100,000 and $750,000 and the Director of Supply Services approved the award recommendations awarded by the Director of Supply Services were within approved budgets, capital projects were specifically identified within the Council approved budget, approval, and more than one bid was received in response to the bid solicitation.
