Slow Streets From: Ivan Balaban, city staff Overview In response to urgent needs caused by the pandemic, Slow Streets were implemented in 2020 and 2021. Slow Streets were a temporary change to city streets to create slower and safer neighbourhood streets that are more comfortable for walking, rolling and biking. Staff has evaluated the program and will share the results with the committee. Expectations of Committee For information and discussion. 3.
