OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 712 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Cross-Bows - Long-Bows).
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 712 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
as follows:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
1. Section 712.1.1 of Chapter 712 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor:
"712.1.1
"permitted area" means the land in the City of Kitchener shown on the map set out in
Schedule "A" as the Permitted Area."
2. Section 712.2.1 of Chapter 712 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor:
"712.2.1
No person shall discharge any cross-bow or long-bow except within the permitted area."
3. Chapter 712 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting
"Schedule 'A' - Prohibited Area" and the attached "Schedule 'A' - Permitted Area" is
substituted therefor.
