RECOMMENDATION:
That an exemption to Chapter 450 (Noise) of the City of Kitchener Municipal Code be granted to
the Wyandotte Warriors for a street party on Wyandotte Court on August 21, 2010, between the
hours of 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
BACKGROUND:
The Wyandotte Warriors is a group of residents who reside on Wyandotte Court. This group
has held a street party on the court for the past 3 years, as part of the Festival of

group received a noise by-law exemption.
