SUBJECT: CAO Approved Recommendation
RECOMMENDATION:
That Council receive for information, the CAO approved recommendation made during the
summer Council recess as set out in Report No. FIN 10-145
BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the CAO's By-law 18 (e), the CAO can approve tenders during the months of
June, July and August, provided that the total costs are wthin the approved budgets contained
in the relevant Departmental budgets and that a report regarding these tenders is brought to
Council at its' next regular meeting.
REPORT:
The following recommendation was approved during the Council recess and a copy is provided
for information:
1. T10-069 Accessibility Renovations -Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex
and Lyle Hallman Pool
The individual recommendation as approved by the CAO is attached for Council's information.
