CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 2010-191 of The
Corporation of the City of Kitchener being a by-law to amend
Chapter 450 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code with
respect to Noise.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law Number 2010-191 of
The Corporation of the City of Kitchener;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
Section 3 of By-law Number 2010-191 of The Corporation of the City of Kitchener
is hereby amended by deleting "February 1, 2011" and substituting "April 1,
2011" therefor.
