Staff is requesting the appointment of 3 councillors plus 1 alternate as the Tribunal. It is suggested that Wards 9 & 10 councillors and the Mayor not be appointed due to possible conflicts of sitting on the Downtown BIA and/or any constituency issues that may exist or arise regarding this business. The meeting will take place at City Hall however, the exact room and time hasn’t yet been determined.
