CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of
Staff. )
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 101.1.2 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name
"Justin Harris" and substituting "Maureen Manning" therefor.
2. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and
"Title or Office" the following:
"Craig Waller Manager of Building,
Deputy Chief Building Official, Inspector
David Hobson Inspector".
3. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title
or Office" the following:
"Jonathan Crummer Inspector".
4. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting beside the name "Justin Harris" under the heading "Title or
Office" the words ",Property Standards Officer, Weed Inspector".
5. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding beside the name "Charles Zeidler" under the heading "Title
or Office" the words ", Weed Inspector".
6. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title
or Office" the following:

"Maureen Manning Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property
Standards Officer, Weed Inspector
Court Hughes Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
John Szucs Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
7. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and
"Title or Office" the following:
"John McBride Director of Traffic and Parking
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Stephanie Brasseur Traffic Technologist,
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Tony Konstantinidis Traffic Technologist,
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Barry Cronkite Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Patricia Andrews Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Josh Beach Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
8. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title

9. Schedule "E" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefore:

10. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting beside the name "Philip Mellor" under the heading "Title or
Office" the title "Fire Prevention Officer" and substituting "Assistant Chief Fire
Prevention Officer" therefor.
11. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Title or Office" the name "Jessica
Umlandt" and substituting "Jessica Kok" therefor.
12. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and
"Title or Office" the following:
"Jeff Weber Deputy Fire Chief
Scott Urquhart Assistant Chief Fire Prevention Officer
Jeff Wildfang Fire Prevention Officer".
13. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title
or Office" the following:
"Lydia Wilcox Fire Prevention Officer/Plans Examiner
Kevin Schmalz Fire Prevention Officer/Public Education Officer
Lori Grant Fire Prevention Officer
Becky Moore Civilian Fire Prevention Training Coordinator"
