OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 101.1.1 is hereby amended by adding under the headings" Name of Officer",
"Title" and "also holds Statutory Office of' the name "Timothy Benedict", the title
"Manager, Building" and the Statutory Office of "Deputy Chief Building Official
(Deputy CBO)".
2. Schedule "A" of Chapter 1 01 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"John Scherer
Tim Benedict
Inspector
Inspector" .
3. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
Manager, Building,
Deputy Chief Building Official, Inspector",
4. Schedule "B" of Chapter 1 01 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the follOWing:
"Timothy Benedict
"Alexander Semple
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
