CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with .respect to Appointment of
Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 0# The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
Section 101.1.2 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is
hereby amended by deleting under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title" the
name "Tom Seeds" and the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Property Standards
Officer" and substituting the name "Steve Vrentzos" and the title "Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer" therefor.
2. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively beside the name "Steve Vrentzos" under the
heading "Title or Office" the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer" and
substituting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector" therefor.
3. Schedule "B" of Chapter 1D1 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively beside the name "Tim Cartmeli" under the
heading "Title or Office" the title "Municipal Law En#orcement Officer" and
substituting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector" therefor.
4. Schedule "B" of Chapter 1 D1 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office"
the following:
"Derek Wallace Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Charles Hitchcock Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Tom Seeds Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer, Weed
Inspector
David Esenbergs Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Scott Groves Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Chris Mace Municipal Law En#orcement Officer".
5. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Tom
Seeds" artid substituting "Steve Vrentzos" therefor.
6. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or Office"
the name "Tim Cartmell" and the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer" thereto.
