OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 103 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Auditor.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 103 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Cade as adopted by Bylaw 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 103.1.1 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is Hereby deleted and
fallowing substituted therefor:
"103.1.1 The firm of KPMG LLP, Waterloo are hereby appointed as the
Auditors far The Corporation of the City of Kitchener for the fiscal
years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013."
PASSED at the Council Chambers in the City of Kitchener this ~ D°~- day
