REPORT: On August 29, 2011, Kitchener City Council approved Zone Change Application ZC10/12/H/GS to change the zoning of the lands from Residential Five (R-5) to Residential Five (R-5) with Special Use Provision 4150 and Special Regulation Provision 4728. A numerical error was made pertaining to the numbering of Special Regulation Provision 4?2R as approved by Kitchener City Council, As such, Staff have prepared a revised By-law and Map No.1 with the Special Regulation Provision correctly renumbered as 5?2R, attached to this report. The merit of the zone change is not being considered at this time. as a decision on done Change Application ZC1of12lHlGS has already been made by Kitchener City Council. The purpose o this report is to correct the numbering of the special provision regulation, as shown in By-law 2011-124, only. Appendix "D" to ~y~law 351 is hereby amended by adding Sectian 572 thereto as follaws: `572.
