May 14, 2012 CITY OF KITCHENER
A special meeting of City Council was held at 6:10 p.m. this date, chaired by Mayor C. Zehr with all
members present.
Notice of this meeting had been previously given to all members of Council by the City Clerk pursuant
to Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code.
Councillor Y. Fernandes advised that she wished to add an urgent matter requiring legal advice for in-
camera discussion this date.
Moved by Councillor Y. Fernandes
Seconded by Councillor K. Galloway
“That in accordance with Section 25.4.4 (f) of Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code (Procedure),
the following matter be added to the Special Council agenda for discussion this date:
A matter subject to Solicitor-Client privilege regarding the Doon South Community Trails
project.”
Carried Unanimously.
Moved by Councillor K. Galloway
Seconded by Councillor B. Ioannidis
“That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held this date to consider a personal matter, a
litigation / potential litigation matter and a matter subject to solicitor-client privilege.”
Carried.
On motion the meeting adjourned at 6:11 p.m.
