OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of
Staff. )
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
Secfion 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 is hereby amended by deleting beside the title
"Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (Deputy CAO) Community Services" under the
heading "Name of Officer" the name "Jeff Willmer" #herefrom.
2. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 is hereby amended by adding beside the title "Chief
Administrative Officer" under the heading "Name of Officer' the name "Jeff Willmer"
thereto.
