OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by -law to amend Chapter 711 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Open Air Burning)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 711 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By -law 88 -100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 711.2.10(a) is hereby amended by deleting "5 metres (16.4 feet)" and
substituting "6 metres (19.7 feet)" therefor.
2. Section 711,2.1 0(g) is hereby amended by deleting "am" and substituting "pm"
therefor.
3. Section 711.2.12(a) is amended by deleting "5 metres (16.4 feet)" and
substituting "6 metres (19.7 feet)" therefor.
4. Section 711.2.12(i) is amended by deleting "am" and substituting "pm" therefor.
5. Article 2 is hereby amended by adding the following new section:
"711.2.13
The time restrictions set out in section 711.2.10(g) and 711.2.12(i) shall not apply
to a lawfully operated campsite."
