Rod Regier advised the committee members that, in the past, this committee has
been instrumental in the approach and the shape of the down#own as we see it
today, the approach to marketing, the incentive packages, upper storey
programs, all the projects that have been created have been debated at this table
at some point in the past. We have seen many- projects unfold, from condos to
new facades, even as far back as the Kitchener Market, all of those projects have
had, at some point, feedback and discussion from this committee.
