CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 380 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Tariff of Fees -
Planning Matters).
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 380 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" -Tariff of Fees of Chapter 380 of The City of Kitchener Municipal
Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor:

Condominium, other than Vacant Land:

Letter of Credit (based on lot area):
New Development - In lieu of an itemized or lump sum cost estimate, the
following formula shall be used for calculating the value of the required letter of
credit, which may or may not represent 50% of the total cost of all site
development works:
