OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
as follows:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
~i. Scheduie "A" of Chapter 10~i of The City of Kitchener nnunicipai Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"John Sajkunovic Inspector".
2. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Tanya Wolf Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
3. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Klaus Stuetz Fire Prevention Officer
Richard Kellsey Fire Prevention Officer
Jessica Kok Fire Prevention Officer
Lydia Wilcox Fire Prevention Officer".
4. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"James Hodge Fire Prevention Officer".
