CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER

(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of
Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1, Section 101. 1. 1 is hereby amended by deleting the name "Randy Gosse" under the
heading "Name of Officer" and substituting the name "Christine Tarling" therefor.
2. Section 101,1.1 is hereby amended by adding the name "Barbara Robinson" under
the heading "Name of Officer" beside the title "Director of Engineering Services"
thereto.
3. Section 101.1.1 is hereby amended by adding the name "Michael May" under the
heading "Name of Officer" beside the title "Deputy Chief Administrative Officer
(Deputy CAO) Community Services" thereto.
