CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by -law to amend Chapter 501 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Business Licence
Fees.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 501 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By -law 88 -100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 501.2.2 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence thereto:
"All licences set out in Schedule "A" are subject, upon change of location, to a fee
of Seventy -five Dollars ($75)."
2. Section 501.2.4 is hereby amended by deleting "Fifty Dollars ($50)" and substituting
"One Hundred Dollars ($100)" therefor.
3. Section 501.2.5 is hereby amended by deleting the words "or where an
application is made by an accredited entity or listed affiliate in relation to an event
designated as a Civic Celebration by Council," therefor.
4. Schedule "A" is hereby amended by deleting from the category column the word
"Buskers" and associated fees and inserting the following title, categories and
fees therefor:
"Buskers
Individual Busker $49 $31 $49
Group Busker $49 $31 $49 ".
5. Schedule "A" is hereby amended by adding the following class and associated
fees in the "Exhibition, Circus, Carnival, Festival or Permanent Outdoor Concert
Facility" category thereto:
"Class G — Cultural Festival $150 $150 $150 ".

6. Schedule "A" is hereby amended by deleting in the "Exhibition, Circus, Carnival,
Festival or Permanent Outdoor Concert Facility" category in Class D the words
"and cultural festivals" therefrom.
T Schedule "A" is hereby amended by adding the following class and associated
fees in the "Refreshment Vehicles" category after "Cycle Refreshment Vehicle
Driver" thereto:
"Cycle Refreshment Vehicle Driver - under 18 years old $0 $0 $011.
