REPORT: The requested reports are itemized below. INS-12-023 March 19, 2012 Victoria Park Public Washrooms INS-12-034 May 7, 2012 Victoria Park Public Washrooms – Update FCS-12-141 August 13, 2012 Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund Grant Application INS-13-015 February 25, 2013 Victoria park Public Washrooms – Location INS-13-089 September 16, 2013 Victoria Park Washroom Project INS-13-093 September 30, 2013 Victoria Park Washroom Project – Update INS-13-094 October 7, 2013 Victoria Park Washroom Project – Update II In addition, documents relating to the Heritage Permit Application and Heritage Impact Assessment, correspondence from the Region of Waterloo and minutes of Heritage Kitchener meeting (May 7 and June 4, 2013) are also provided. ALIGNMENT WITH CITY OF KITCHENER STRATEGIC PLAN: Through a public engagement process, the need for dedicated public washrooms was affirmed and endorsed by Council. 3 - 1 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: The concept and design for this project was reviewed through a consultation process with the Victoria Park working group, Heritage Kitchener and Grand River Accessibility Advisory Council (GRAAC).
