The modification to the change do not affect Official Plan Designations and comply with Kitchener Growth Management Plan (KGMP) which supports the processing of applications and development of these lands. Proposed Zoning In order to implement the modifications to the plan of subdivisi the form shown on Map 1 of Appendix B of this report. Specifica to change: Agriculture (A-1) zone to Open Space (P-2) to allow the lands being added to the plan as Block 454 to be used for Storm Water Management purposes, 2 - 2 Open Space (P-2) to Residential Six (R-6) with Special Regulations 604R, 606R and 612R for Single Detached Residential Purposes, and Residential Four (R-4) with Special Regulations 604R, 605R and 612R to Public Park (-1) for trail purposes. Residential Six (R-6) with Special Regulations 604R, 606R, 612R and 66H to Residential Six (R-6) with Special Regulations 604R, 606R, 612R to remove the Holding Provision.
