OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by -law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By -law 88 -100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
1. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Offices' the name "Barbara Robinson"
and substituting the name "Hans Gross" and by adding the word "Interim" beside the title
"Director of Engineering Services ".
2. Section 101.1.2 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer ", "Title" and "also
holds Statutory Office of the following:
" Karen Langver Municipal Law Enforcement Officer Property Standards Officer"
Property Standards Officer
3. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Karen Langver Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer,
Weed Inspector
Toby Egerdeen Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Kyle Ueberschlag Municipal Law Enforcement Officer."
4. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Natalie Metherel Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Kimberlee Newton Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
Taylor Waterman Municipal Law Enforcement Officer

Andrew Krempin Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
John Worswick Municipal Law Enforcement Officer".
5, Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Karen Langver Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer".
6. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Eyad(lan) Misheal Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer,
Justin Harris Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer,
Charles Zeidler Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer."
7, Schedule "D" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipals Code is hereby
amended by d ' eleting the name "Beth Browning" under the heading "Name of Officer"
and substituting therefor the word "vacant".
8. Schedule "D" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer", the name "Vicky Hartung"
and substituting therefore the name "Mihaela Scaesteanu" beside the title or office
"Lottery Compliance Officer".
