CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal, Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Tim Beckett" beside the title "Fire Chief" and replacing
with the name "Gary Mann" and amending the title of "Fire Chief" to the title of "Interim
Fire Chief".
2. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
mended by deleting the name "Gary Mann" and the title "Deputy Fire Chief,
3. Section 101.,1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Steven Usher" beside the title "Deputy Fire Chief" and
replacing with the name "Bob Gilmore" and amending the title of "Deputy Fire Chief" to
the title of "Interim Deputy Fire Chief'.
4. Schedule "F` of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Tim Beckett Fire Chief
Steven Usher Deputy Fire Chief
Gary Mann Deputy Fire Chief."
5. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Gary Mann Interim Fire Chief
Bob Gilmore Interim Deputy Fire Chief
Ryan Konrad Civilian Fire Inspector."
6. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Kelly Lanka" under the heading "Name of Officer" and
the title "Inspector" under the heading "Title or Office".
Schedule "D" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding the name "Olivia Caron" under the heading "Name of Officer" and
the title "Licensing Officer" under the heading "Title or Office".
& Schedule "D" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Lottery Compliance Officer" under the heading Title or
Office" beside the name Wihaela Scaesteanu" and substituting therefore the title
"Licensing Officer".
