DECEMBER 3, 2014 CITY OF KITCHENER
A special meeting of City Council was held at 1:08 p.m. this date, chaired by Mayor B. Vrbanovic with
the following members present: Councillors B. loannidis, Y. Fernandes, Z. Janecki, S. Marsh and D.
Schnider.
Notice of this meeting had been previously given to all members of Council by the City Clerk pursuant
to Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code.
1. IN- CAMERA MEETING AUTHORIZATION
Moved by Councillor Y. Fernandes
Seconded by Councillor D. Schnider
"That an in- camera meeting be held for educational purposes, as provided for in Section 239
(3.1) of the Municipal Act, as amended."
Carried.
2. BY -LAW FOR THREE READINGS
Moved by Councillor B. loannidis
Seconded by Councillor Z. Janecki
"That leave be given the Mover and Seconder to introduce a by -law to confirm all actions and
proceedings of the Council and that the same be taken as read a first, second and third times, be
finally passed and numbered 20114 -137 by the Clerk.
Carried.
On motion the meeting adjourned at 1:09 p.m.
