OF THE
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Stak)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
1 Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title of "Interim Fire Chief" beside the name "Gary Mann" and
replacing it with the title of "Deputy Fire Chief".
2. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding the name "Joni Rehill" and the title "Fire Chief" thereto.
3. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Interim Fire Chief beside the name "Gary Mann" and
replacing it with the title" Deputy Fire Chief".
4. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the name Jon Rehilll and the Title "Fire Chief".
5. This By-law comes into force and effect on January 12, 2015.
