Administrative awards during the Council summer recess enable an efficient and timely procurement process. REPORT: The following recommendations for award were within budget and approved during the Council summer recess: 1. E15-061 Consultant Services – Development of Mid-Term Parking Solutions for Downtown Kitchener 2. T15-051 Huron Natural Area Playscape Construction 3. T15-060 Two (2) Rubber Tire 4-Wheel Drive Diesel Powered Articulated Utility Tractors 4. T15-062 Four (4) 29,936 kg (64,000 lb) G.V.W.
