WELCOME The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m CONFLICT OF INTEREST No declaration by any member of the Board at this point in the m DOWNTON HUTS Linda Jutzi, Executive Director, spoke to the Board report on thhuts for use at downtown events, including Christkindl, and answered cost of transport and storage of the huts. aÝ;7 ,ä [z7ä 7;r ;-7;7 ,ä 5©©ä a©;t That the BIA purchase 10 Huts to be built by Bosman in 2015 and that the amount of the expenditure not exceed $55,000; and That the BIA explore the costs to transport the huts from storage prior to the purchase of additional huts. Carried Unanimously DOWNTOWN SOCIAL WORKER Linda Jutzi provided the Board with an update on the potential for a downtown social worker, noting that the decision to provide funding would be raised at a 2015 TOWNHALL PREPARATION Ms. Jutzi reviewed the draft Town Hall presentation and sought Board input on tone, content and formatting. Cory Bluhm joined the meeting at 9:16 a.m. Berry Vrbanovic joined the meeting by telephone at 9:40 a.m. Dawn Phillips-Brown left the meeting at 10:11 a.m. Lindsay Walden assumed the Michelle Cutts left the meeting at 10:18 a.m. aÝ;7 ,ä {·;Þ©· .©-är ;-7;7 ,ä tÒ That the Board approve the Agenda as proposed.
