CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by -law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By -law 88 -100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name °Dev Tyagi" beside the title "Deputy Chief Administrative
Officer (Deputy CAO) Infrastructure Services ".
2. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Interim Director of Engineering Services" beside the name
"Hans Gross" and substituting therefor the title "Director of Engineering Services and
Asset Management ".
3. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Gary Mann" and the title "Deputy Fire Chief ".
4. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title of "Interim Deputy Fire Chief" beside the name "Bob
Gilmore" and substituting therefor the title of "Deputy Fire Chief ".
5. Section 101.1.2 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer ", "Title" and "also
holds Statutory Office of the following:
"Shayne Turner Director of By -law Enforcement Property Standards Officer".
6. Section 101.1.2 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer ", "Title" and "also
holds Statutory Office of the following:
"Eyad (Ian) Misheal Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer
Property Standards Officer

Justin Harris Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer
Property Standards Officer
Charles Zeidler Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer'
Property Standards Officer
7. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Shayne Turner' and the title "Director of By -law
Enforcement, Property Standards Officer'.
8. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector" beside the name "Gloria MacNeil" and substituting therefor the
title "Interim Director of By -law Enforcement, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Property Standards Officer, Weed inspector'.
S. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer' under the heading
"Title or Office" beside each of the names °Eyad (Ian) Misheal ", "Charles Zeidler' and
"Justin Harris" and substituting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property
Standards Officer" therefor.
10. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Shayne Turner and the title "Director of By -law
Enforcement, Property Standards Officer'.
11. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer' beside the name "Gloria MacNeil" and substituting therefor the title "Interim
Director of By -law Enforcement, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector'.
12. Schedule "D° of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Patricia Harris" under the heading "Name of Officer'
beside the title "Manager of Licensing" and substituting the name "Tanya Daniels"
therefor.
13. Schedule "F" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting respectively under the headings "Name of Officer' and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Gary Mann Deputy Fire Chief
Bob Gilmore Interim Deputy Fire Chief

Ryan Konrad Civilian Fire Inspector".
14. Schedule "I'" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding respectively under the headings "Name of Officer" and "Title or
Office" the following:
"Bob Gilmore Deputy Fire Chief
Ryan Konrad Fire Prevention Officer",
