140.1.1 Peter Wetherup-Inspector
Mr.Peter Wetherup is hereby appointed as Inspector under the provisions of
the Weed Control Act.

140.2.1 Weed Control Act
That said Inspector shall enforce the provisions of the said Act in the City
with such powers and duties as are set forth in the said Act.By-law 87-241,
28 September, 1987.
