103.1.1 KPMG LLP Waterloo
The firm of KPMG LLP, Waterloo are hereby appointed as the Auditors for The
Corporation of the City of Kitchener for the fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Article 2
POWERS AND AUTHORITY
103.2.1 Statute - by-law - additional
The said Auditors shall have all the powers and authorities of such officers as defined by
the laws of the Province of Ontario and the by-laws of the City as same affect such
officers and shall in addition perform such additional duties and supply such information
as Council from time to time requires. By-law 87-172, 17 August, 1987.
