220.1.1 Elderly Persons Centres Act
That Elderly Persons Centres be established and operated by The Corpora-
tion of the City of Kitchener in accordance with the Elderly Persons Centres
Pict, R.S.O. 1980,Chapter 131, as amended or its successor legislation.

ADMINISTRATION
220.2.1 Execution-of documents
That the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute all
documents necessary to give effect thereto.

EFFECTIVE DATE-BY-LAW
220.3.1 Ministry approval-required
This Chapter shall come into force and take effect upon the approval of the
Ontario Minister of Community and Social Services given pursuant to the
Elderly Persons Centres Act. By-law 78-44-P, 17 April, 1978.
