Article I
RATE IMPOSED
370.1.1 Lands-connected to sanitary sewage works
A sewer rate as set forth in Schedule`A'hereto is hereby imposed upon the
owners or occupants of all ands within the City which are connected to its
sanitary sewage works.

EFFECTIVE DATE-BY-LAW
370.2.1 Ontario Municipal Board approval-required
This Chapter comes into effect, after approval by the Ontario Municipal
Board,upon the date ofits third and final reading.By-law 83-95-P,24 Octo-
ber, 1983.

SCHEDULE
Schedule`A' -Sewer Rate
The Sewer Rate imposed hereby Shall be 15 per cent of the water rates
charged or chargeable in respect of the lands described in Section 370.1.1 of
this Chapter. By-law 83-95-P, 24 October, 1983, Schedule `A'; By-law
90-102,9 July, 1990.
