STREET <br /> Chapter 875 <br /> RAMPING OF ALL EXISTING AND <br /> FUTURE CURBS <br /> Article 1 <br /> RAMPING REQUIRED <br /> 875.1.1 Existing curbs - identified crosswalks <br /> 875.1.2 New curbs <br /> 875.1.3 Condition of development <br /> 875.1.4 Budget appropriation - annual <br /> Article 1 <br /> RAMPING REQUIRED <br /> 875.1.1 Existing curbs-identified crosswalks <br /> All existing curbs and municipally identified crosswalks in the City shall be <br /> ramped as and when they are required to be replaced for any reason. <br /> 875.1.2 New curbs <br /> All new curbs in the City shall be ramped as they are constructed. <br /> 875.1.3 Condition of development <br /> Contractors and developers shall be required,as a condition of development, <br /> to ramp all curbs in new subdivisions. <br /> 875.1.4 Budget appropriation-annual <br /> The Council shall consider an annual budget appropriation for the ramping <br /> of curbs in areas of the City where the absence of such ramping has gener- <br /> ated complaints or specific requests for remedial action.By-law 87-238,28 <br /> September, 1987. <br /> KITCHENER 875.1 NOVEMBER 1998 <br />
