CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by -law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of
Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of
Kitchener Municipal Code as adopted by By -law 88 -100,
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener
enacts as follows:
1. Section 101.1.1 of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting beside the title "Supervisor, Permits Official (Deputy CBO)"
under the heading "Name of Officer' the name "Martina Schneider' and substituting
the name "Tammy Hogg" thereto.
2. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the words "Supervisor of Permits, Deputy Chief Building
Official" under column "Title or Office" beside the name "Martina Schneider'.
3. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Paul
Hillenaar" and under the heading "Title or Office" the title "Inspector' therefrom.
4. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding under the heading "Name of Officer' the name "Justin
Massecar" and under the heading "Title or Office" the title "Inspector' thereto.
5. Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding under the heading "Name of Officer' the name "Tammy
Hogg" and under the heading "Title of Office" the title "Supervisor of Permits,
Deputy Chief Building Official, Inspector' thereto.
6, Schedule "A" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting under the heading "Name of Officer" the name "Thomas
Weishar" and under the heading "Title or Office" the title Inspector" therefrom.
