GrantingdecisionswillbemadethefirstThursdayinMayandOctoberannually Specialcircumstancesrequiringdecisionsoutsideofthistimeframewillbeconsideredonacase bycasebasis. AllproposalswillbereviewedbyasubcommitteeoftheSafeandHealthyCommunityAdvisory llSafeandHealthy Committee.Thoseselectedforinvestmentwillbebroughttothefu CommunityAdvisoryCommitteeforfinalapproval.
