OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF KITCHENER
(Being a by-law to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code with respect to Appointment of Staff.)
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener
Municipal Code as adopted by By-law 88-100;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kitchener enacts
as follows:
Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Interim Director of By -Law Enforcement, Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer, Weed Inspector' beside the name
"Gloria MacNeil" and replacing it with the title of "Director of By -Law Enforcement,
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer, Weed Inspector'.
2. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector' beside the name "Steve Vrentzos" and replacing it with the title
of "Supervisor of Enforcement, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector'.
3. Schedule "B" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer' beside the name "Eyad (Ian) Misheal" and replacing it with the title of
"Supervisor of Enforcement, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer, Weed Inspector".
4. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Interim Director By -Law Enforcement, Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officers, Weed Inspector' beside the name
"Gloria MacNeil" and replacing it with the title of "Director of By -Law Enforcement,
Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer, Weed Inspector".
5. Schedule "C" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer' beside the name "Steve Vrentzos" and replacing it with the title of "Supervisor of
Enforcement, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards Officer".

amended by deleting the title "Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, Property Standards
Officer" beside the name "Eyad (Ian,) Misheal" and replacing it with the title of

Officer"",
7, Schedule "D" of Chapter 101 of The City of Kitchener Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deleting the name "Tanya Daniels" and replacing it with the name "Helen
Fylactou".
