As set out in Ontario Regulations 359/09, a structured municipal consultation form must be provided by the applicant to all affected municipalities. The Region is the applicant and Reipma Consultants have been contracted to act on their behalf in this regard. Part A is completed by the applicant. Part B includes fields for the municipality to comment on how the project may impact municipal services or infrastructure. The final completed form must be returned to the applicant so any concerns raised can be reviewed and addressed as appropriate. The form is also submitted to the Ministry as part of the application, and any comments are considered by the Ministry.
