REPORT: RHC will be constructing a 5-storey apartment building at 286 Kingswood Drive. They have scheduled dates for pouring, finishing and saw cutting the slab on grade for the basement on June 21, 2017 and on the main floor on August 9, 2017.RHC is requesting the exemption as a precaution in case they are required to work later in order to complete the job; once a concrete pour is started, you are not able to stop and RHC want to ensure that they are not in violation of the bylaw should this happen.
