Re: Special Council Meeting – Monday, October 30, 2017
Notice is hereby given that Mayor B. Vrbanovic has called a special meeting of City Council
to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, October 30, 2017 commencing immediately
following the Community and Infrastructure Services Committee meeting at approximately
5:30 p.m. to consider the following:
1. FCS-17-173 – Housekeeping Amendments to By-law 2014-138 (Responsible
Dog Ownership By-law) and By-law 2014-142 (Dog Designation By-law)
Council is requested to consider any recommendation arising from the Finance
and Corporate Services Committee meeting held earlier this date.
2. In-camera Meeting Authorization
Council is asked to enact the following resolution to authorize an in-camera
meeting:
“That an in-camera meeting of City Council be held this date to consider a
land acquisition / disposition matter.”
3.By-law for Three Readings
a. To confirm all actions and proceedings of the Council.
