Outsourcing will also provide a consistent approach to inspections, ensuring the desired level of public safety is provided at the right time. This quotation is based on fixed unit prices on an estimated quantity of inspections over the next one (1) year previous year. There is no previous data of annual spend for this requirement. The actual spend will depend on the level of activity throughout the term of the contract. *** This information is available in accessible formats upon request. *** Please call 519-741-2345 or TTY 1-866-969-9994 for assistance. 1.vi - 1 REPORT: This report is being brought forward for Council approval in accordance with the new Purchasing Bylaw clause 170.7.3 - “Regardless of Procurement Value, the Director of Supply Services shall submit a report to Council recommending award of a purchase greater than $100,000 if any one or more of the following conditions apply: d) only one Bid was received in response to a Solicitation” The Quotation was advertised publicly on the City of Kitchener website and the Internet through the Ontario Public Buyers Electronic Tendering Information System.
